GrantPhotography will only photograph athletes inside the competition area, and only in front of banners or official event signs. This keeps images consistent and professional while respecting the event layout.

What remains the same?

GrantPhotography has followed the same routine for three years: booking athletes before tournaments, giving them priority while photographing other competitors, and delivering photos after the event. This tournament will be different—but first, here’s what’s staying the same.

- GrantPhotography will continue to photograph throughout the entire tournament weekend (day 1 + Day 2) 
- GrantPhotography will continue to sell images to families, after the tournament 
- GrantPhotography will continue to dedicate most of the day t0 take photos of athletes, competing 
- GrantPhotography will continue to edit photos throughout the tournament days for social media
- GrantPhotography will continue to cull through the intensive library of what was taken at Austin Open

How will things be different?

While GrantPhotography continues to keep the majority of the usual routine in place, there will be a few notable changes for the upcoming Austin Open Karate Tournament.

GrantPhotography will not be booking any athletes prior to Austin Open Karate Tournament 
GrantPhotography will have a table, outside the ballroom with information, QR codes to websites and more
GrantPhotography will prioritize the event and not just specific Athletes
